The Garden of five senses is named after the versatility of things it has. Starting from good architecture to some exotic flowers, it has everything. I know I might be sounding a bit weird, but it is what it is.
I first went there last summer, and I just loved the place. I don’t know why it was a 2-3 hour vacation. I felt refreshed and reenergized.
Garden of five senses is a garden that is known for soothing all your five senses. Everything was so good.
If you are one of those people who like to take a walk or visit some places just to feel refreshed, this place is for you.
The sculptures there enhance your sense of touch because they are designed in such a way that you will touch them once you see them.
The greenery of the place soothes your eyesight, and the smell of the flowers will soothe your nose buds. The natural sounds soothe your earbuds.
Apart from this, the food here is also delicious. So, it is kind of a spa. All you are doing is just treating yourself through the natural environment.
So, how can one reach there? And what are the prices? Calm down. We have everything for you. Just keep reading.
How to Reach There?
Garden of five senses is close to the Malviya Nagar metro station. I generally prefer the metro over anything in Delhi. I just find them super easy and convenient.
You don’t need to do anything but just sit and relax until you reach your destination. Most of the travel-friendly spots are close to metro stations.
So, if you are on vacation and want to see everything in Delhi, the metro will help you. Just get down on any station and start roaming around; each station has something special to you.
The Ticket Price and Entry Timings
It is not an exotic place. So the ticket prices are low. If you are an adult, 35 rupees is enough. Children and senior citizens have to pay 15 rupees.
If you are visiting in the winter, keep it in the daytime. The garden closes at 6 pm in the evening. In summer, it is extended till 7 pm.
Even if you are planning a good family outing, this garden is the best option for you.
Wrapping Up
I love visiting places that give me peace. When I think about such places, one place that comes to my mind is Sacred Heart Cathedral church.
The architecture, the ambiance, the location, and the history everything is just awesome! I go there, pray for some time and come back home with a clear head.
So, if a place gives you peace, don’t think of anything else and just go there. Make sure you keep your phone off. Just enjoy nature, the vibe, and yourself.
Delhi, which has crowded clubs, also has these serene places. You think. Delhi gives. So, where are you?
