Zelenskyy also shared a letter from Modi. In it, Modi extended his greetings to Ukraine’s people and recalled his visit to Kyiv last year. “I warmly recall my visit to Kyiv in August last year, and note the progress in India-Ukraine relations since then,” Modi wrote.

Reaffirming India’s stance, Modi said, “India has always stood on the side of peace. India remains committed to supporting efforts for an early, lasting, and peaceful resolution of the conflict through dialogue and diplomacy.” He also wished Zelenskyy good health and well-being.
