In a heartbreaking incident, tragic accident on New Hindon Flyover killed two people and injured 14 others in Noida on Monday evening. The crash took place around 5:30 PM when a truck traveling from Ghaziabad to Sarfabad in Sector 113 lost control during a sharp left turn. ACP Jain said the police are still verifying if the driver was intoxicated, as he also suffered injuries and is receiving treatment.
Police have not yet filed a formal case, but they are examining the truck and checking CCTV footage. Investigators are also exploring whether overloading or brake failure caused the crash.
