They tied the victim with a rope, hung him upside down from an unfinished building, and beat him severely because they suspected theft. The disturbing footage showed the worker, a man from Rajasthan, crying for help while the attackers struck him with thin steel rods. Consequently, his desperation left viewers shaken and outraged.
