Ghaziabad, October 7: The YouTuber held over rape has sparked widespread outrage after shocking details emerged from a police investigation. The accused, a man from Muzaffarpur in Bihar, was arrested in Patna and brought to Ghaziabad on Monday. He faces serious charges, including rape, forced abortion, and criminal intimidation, following a complaint from a 27-year-old woman who is also a content creator.
According to the police, the woman filed her complaint on September 18 at the Khoda police station. She accused the man of repeatedly assaulting her, drugging her, and forcing her into an abortion. Her detailed statement revealed disturbing accounts of violence and threats.
Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Abhishek Srivastava said that the police immediately began tracking the suspect through electronic surveillance. They traced his location to Anisabad, Patna, where a team arrested him. After his arrest, he was taken before a magistrate in Patna and then transferred to Ghaziabad, where he was placed in judicial custody.
The accused now faces multiple charges under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including:

- Section 377: Unnatural offenses
- Section 328: Causing hurt by means of poison or drug
- Section 313: Causing miscarriage without consent
- Section 323: Voluntarily causing hurt

The victim told police that she met the accused about three years ago when he frequently visited Delhi. The harassment began roughly two and a half years ago. She recalled a horrifying incident when the man spiked her drink, causing her to lose consciousness. When she woke up, she realized she had been raped.
After that, the accused continued to abuse her physically and sexually, claiming he would marry her. Every time she refused his advances, he beat her and threatened her with violence. The victim endured this trauma for months before finally deciding to report him to the police.
The First Information Report (FIR) detailed repeated acts of abuse and coercion. Investigators verified several parts of her statement using forensic and digital evidence. Police sources confirmed that officers are handling the case with utmost seriousness because of the gravity of the crimes.
