The woman’s father described her condition in the FIR. He said, “My daughter is unable to fully speak and listen. She is also undergoing treatment at IHBAS, Delhi, as she also has mental weakness.”
He explained that she stepped out of their house around 7 PM on August 18. Later, she was discovered near Nithora village at around 10 PM. The father mentioned that she told them some unidentified person raped her near a tubewell located in Nithora village.

Police officials are actively investigating this troubling case. ACP Siddharth Gautam provided an update on the situation. He mentioned, “The woman is not able to speak or hear properly. She was not able to convey the sequence. We have now requested an expert to speak to her.”
