In Dwarka, a neighborhood in Delhi, the Golf View Condos are supposed to be a high-end housing project. These condos were built by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Nine months ago, many families moved into this new complex, excited about their luxury homes. But soon after moving in, they faced serious problems.
Expectations vs. Reality
Buyers paid over ₹2 crore for their condos, expecting comfort and good living. However, they were met with leaking pipes, crumbling plaster, and faulty wiring. One resident, who bought a flat for ₹3 crore, shared his disappointment. Additional Repairs
